Description
The Ezo-yama-hagi (Lespedeza bicolor) is a shrub-like garden plant that produces magenta-coloured, butterfly-shaped flowers. They appear from August to September. The Ezo-yama-hagi also has pinnate, medium green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of around 3 metres.
