Description
The Gayfeather 'Alba' (Liatris spicata) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces white flowers arranged in spikes from July to August. Its linear leaves are medium green. In a sunny position with well-drained, humus-rich, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 80 cm and spreads to around 30 cm. The Gayfeather 'Alba' is highly frost-hardy.
