Description
The California privet 'Green Diamond'® (Ligustrum ovalifolium) is an upright, slender small shrub that produces creamy white flowers with a strong fragrance. They appear from June to July. They produce black, round fruits from September. They exude a strong fragrance. The California privet 'Green Diamond'® also has shiny, egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 1.5 metres.
