Description
The Sweet gum 'Golden Sun' (Liquidambar styraciflua) is a conical, upright tree with decorative, round fruits that stick for a very long time. The Sweet gum 'Golden Sun' also has fingered, green leaves. The yellow shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny location with lime-free, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 30 metres and grows to a width of around 12 metres.
