The Sweet gum 'Silver King' (Liquidambar styraciflua) is a conical, upright tree with decorative, round fruits that keep for a very long time. The Sweet gum 'Silver King' also has fingered, green-white leaves. In a sunny location with lime-free, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 3 metres.
