Description
The Big blue lilyturf 'Variegata' (Liriope muscari) is an upright, winter-green perennial with decorative, linear, mid-green leaves with yellow edges. From August to October, it bears purple flowers arranged in panicles. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, lime-free, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Big blue lilyturf 'Variegata' is well tolerant of frost.
