Description
The Box-leaved honeysuckle 'Moss Green' (Lonicera pileata) is a spreading, broad small shrub with decorative, purple-violet, round fruits. These exude a pleasant fragrance. It produces creamy white, tubular flowers from May to July. The Box-leaved honeysuckle 'Moss Green' also has shiny, lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 2 m wide.
