Description
The Chinese box thorn 'Amber Sweet' (Lycium barbarum) produces golden yellow berries. These are sweet and sour with an aromatic flavour. Well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from August. Its purple-violet flowers are a beautiful sight.
