The Purple loosestrife 'Robin' (Lythrum salicaria) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces purple-red flowers arranged in whorls with a pleasant fragrance from July to August. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 70 cm and is approx. 50 cm wide. The Purple loosestrife 'Robin' is well tolerant of frost.
