Description
The Magnolia 'Elizabeth' (Magnolia x brooklynensis) is a broad, shrub-like large shrub that produces lemon-yellow, funnel-shaped flowers with a light fragrance. They appear from April to May. The Magnolia 'Elizabeth' also has egg-shaped, light green leaves. The copper-brown shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, lime-free, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 8 metres and grows to around 7 metres wide.
