Description
The Star magnolia 'Keiskei' (Magnolia stellata) is a dense, branched shrub or large shrub that produces pale pink, star-shaped flowers with a pleasant fragrance. They bloom from March to April. The Star magnolia 'Keiskei' also bears oval, dark green leaves. Its bark is grey and smooth. In a sunny, sheltered position with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich, slightly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 m and spreads to around 3.5 m.
