Description
The Apple 'Coccinella'® (Malus) is a large, conical, deciduous shrub with decorative, egg-shaped, purple-red leaves. It also bears purple-violet, bowl-shaped flowers in May. These produce dark red, round fruits. In a sunny location with humusy, loose, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 7 metres and grows to a width of around 6 metres.
