Description
The Apple 'Gala' (Malus domestica) produces small, firm, light-red fruits. They have a sweet, juicy flavour. Well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shaded position provide the ideal conditions for a bountiful harvest from mid-September onwards. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. With its upright and spreading habit, the Apple 'Gala' grows to a height of around 4 m and a width of 3 m.
