Description
The Apfel 'Herefordshire Russet' (Malus domestica) produces golden-brown, crunchy and juicy fruits. They are round and have a sweet-sour, aromatic, sweet flavour. Well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yield harvest from the beginning of October. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. With its upright and broad growth, the Apfel 'Herefordshire Russet' grows to around 8 metres high and 6 metres wide.
