Description
The Apple 'Alkmene' (Malus domestica) produces red-yellow, small, medium-firm fruits. They have a sweet and sour flavour. Well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from September. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. With its upright and broad growth, the Apple 'Alkmene' grows to around 4 metres high and 3 metres wide.
