Malus 'Red Sentinel' - SOLITAIR 200-250 CM RB
Description
The Crab apple 'Red Sentinel' (Malus x moerlandsii) is a loose, slender, large shrub with decorative, red, round fruits that stay on for a very long time. These are small. It produces white, cup-shaped flowers from May to June. The Crab apple 'Red Sentinel' also has egg-shaped, lanceolate, medium green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of around 5 metres and grows to a width of around 3.5 metres.

Leaves
The deciduous leaves of the Crab apple 'Red Sentinel's are medium green, ovate, lanceolate, alternate. They are about 6 - 8 cm tall.
