Description
The Apple 'Royalty' (Malus) is an upright, spreading large shrub with decorative, dark red, oval fruits. These are small. It produces red, cup-shaped flowers from May to June. The Apple 'Royalty' also has shiny, egg-shaped, dark green leaves. The bronze-coloured shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to a width of around 5 metres.
