Description
The Apple 'Rudolph' (Malus) is an upright, slender, large shrub with decorative, orange-coloured, oval fruits that keep for a very long time. They exude a light fragrance. It produces pink, cup-shaped flowers from May to June. The Apple 'Rudolph' also has egg-shaped, copper-brown leaves. The red-brown shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to a width of around 5 metres.
