Description
The European Mallow (Malva alcea) is an upright perennial that forms pink, cup-shaped flowers from June to September. Its roundish leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous, loose soil, it usually grows to a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 60 cm wide. The European Mallow is well tolerant of frost.
