With its medium green leaves, the Water clover (Marsilea quadrifolia) is an extremely decorative aquatic plant that is particularly suitable for areas such as ponds. It prefers lime-free soil in a sunny position. The Water clover is well tolerant of frost. The flat plant usually reaches a height of approx. 5 cm.
