The Lemon balm 'Allgold' (Melissa officinalis) is a herbaceous plant with an aromatic flavour. Its yellow leaves are egg-shaped and serrated. For optimum growth, Lemon balm 'Allgold' requires a sunny location and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil.
