Description
The Russian arbor-vitae (Microbiota decussata) is a small shrub that grows broadly and usually reaches a height of around 60 cm and a width of around 2 metres. Its scale-like leaves have a medium green colour. They turn a beautiful bronze colour in winter. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers humusy, loamy soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
