Description
With its medium green leaf colouring, the Nepal-Chinaschilf (Miscanthus nepalensis) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright and clump-forming growth. The golden-yellow-bronze-red flower plumes adorn this grass from autumn onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location with loose, well-drained soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows up to 60 cm wide.
