Description
The Patridgeberry (Mitchella repens) is a creeping dwarf shrub with decorative, red fruits. These exude a pleasant fragrance. It produces white flowers from May to June. The Patridgeberry also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide.
