Description
With its medium green leaf colouring, Pfeifengras 'Witches Broom' (Molinia arundinacea) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright growth. The light brown panicles of flowers adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows up to 70 cm wide.
