Description
The Scharlach-Indianernessel 'Bee-Mine® Lavender' (Monarda didyma) is an upright, compact perennial that produces lilac-coloured, lip-shaped flowers arranged in whorls with a pleasant fragrance from June to August. Its lanceolate leaves are dark green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm. The Scharlach-Indianernessel 'Bee-Mine® Lavender' is well tolerant of frost.
