Description
Wild bergamot 'Fireball' (Monarda fistulosa) is an upright, branched, stolon-forming perennial that produces dark red, lip-shaped flowers arranged in whorls from July to August. In a sunny position with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of about 40 cm and spreads to about 60 cm. Wild bergamot 'Fireball' is highly frost-hardy.
