Description
The Heavenly bamboo 'Gulf Stream' (Nandina domestica) is a dense, compact, spherical small shrub with decorative fruits. It produces white flowers arranged in panicles from July to August. The Heavenly bamboo 'Gulf Stream' also has lanceolate, yellow-red leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, lime-free, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm.
