With its green-red leaves, Pygmy waterlily 'Pygmaea Helvola' (Nymphaea tetragona) is a highly decorative aquatic plant that is particularly suitable for use in areas such as ponds. Yellow flowers appear from June to September. It prefers humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position. The Pygmy waterlily 'Pygmaea Helvola' is well tolerant of frost. The flat plant usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm.
