Description
With its dark green leaves, the Yellow floating heart (Nymphoides peltata) is an extremely decorative aquatic plant that is particularly suitable for areas such as ponds. Golden yellow flowers appear from July to August. It prefers humus-rich, nutrient-rich, sandy soil in a sunny position. The Yellow floating heart is well tolerant of frost. The flat, creeping plant usually reaches a height of approx. 5 cm.
