Description
The Tupelo 'Red Rage' (Nyssa sylvatica) is a cone-shaped small tree that produces greenish-yellow flowers. They appear in April. These produce black-blue, oval fruits. The Tupelo 'Red Rage' also has shiny, egg-shaped, medium green leaves. Its bark is grey. In a sunny to semi-shady location with lime-free, loose, nutrient-rich, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 10 metres and grows to a width of around 9 metres.
