Description
The Lilyturf (Ophiopogon chingii) is a cushion-shaped, carpet-like, evergreen perennial that produces purple-coloured flowers from July to August. Its linear leaves are dark green. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, lime-free soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and grows approx. 20 cm wide. The Lilyturf is well tolerant of frost.
