Description
The Mondo grass (Ophiopogon japonicus) is a bushy, runner-forming, broad, winter-green perennial that produces purple flowers from July to August. In a semi-shady to shady location with humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and is approx. 25 cm wide. The Mondo grass is well tolerant of frost.
