Description
The Oregano (Origanum vulgare) is an herbaceous plant with an aromatic, spicy flavour. Its medium green leaves are ovate, lanceolate and wavy, with cilia. A sunny location and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil are required for optimum growth of the Oreganos.

Synonyms (botanical): Origanum officinalis.
