Description
The Peony (Paeonia rockii) is an upright, loose shrub that produces white, cup-shaped flowers with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from May to June. These develop into brown fruits, which give off a pleasant scent. The Peony also has palmate, light-green leaves. Its bark is grey. In a sunny to semi-shaded position with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 2.5 m and spreads to approx. 4 m.
