Description
With its medium green leaf colouring, Switch grass (Panicum virgatum) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also adorns pots on balconies or terraces thanks to its hoop-forming and funnel-shaped growth. The green flower panicles adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with a well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil.
