Description
The Oriental poppy 'Türkenlouis' (Papaver orientale) is an upright perennial that forms scarlet-red, cupped, fringed flowers from May to June. Its pinnate leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 60 cm wide. The Oriental poppy 'Türkenlouis' is well tolerant of frost.
