Description
The Fountain grass 'Red Riding Hood' (Pennisetum setaceum) with its burgundy-red leaf colouring is a decorative design element in the garden, which also adorns containers on balconies or terraces with its bushy growth. The purple-red flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 65 cm and grows up to 50 cm wide.
