Description
The Fountain grass 'Piglet'(s) (Pennisetum alopecuroides) is an ornamental feature in the garden; with its bushy growth habit, it also looks lovely in pots on a balcony or terrace. The white flower plumes adorn this grass from summer onwards. It thrives best in a sunny spot with soil that is as well-drained and loose as possible. Under favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1 m and spreads up to 1 m wide.
