Description
The purple flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows up to 70 cm wide.

Growth habit
Upright, dense.

Water
Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.

Location
Preferred location in a sunny position.

Standard container plant soil. Normal soil.

Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).

Care
- The plant must be protected from winter moisture. - In harsh locations, protection from the sun is only recommended in the event of frost.

Flower
The purple flowers appear from July to October.
