Description
The Bartfaden 'Volcano Vesuvius' (Penstemon) is a bushy, upright, evergreen perennial that produces violet, throat-shaped flowers from July to September. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green. In a sunny to semi-shaded position with well-drained, calcareous, sandy or loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and spreads to approx. 30 cm.
