Description
The Giant hog fennel (Peucedanum verticillare) is an upright perennial that forms greenish-yellow flowers arranged in umbels from June to August. Its leaves are medium green. In a sunny location with humus-rich, loose, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 3.5 m and is approx. 2 m wide. The Giant hog fennel is well tolerant of frost.
