Description
With its dark green leaf colouring, Wasserfallhirse (Phaenosperma globosa) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright and clump-forming growth. The brown flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows up to 1 m wide.
