Description
The Sage 'Amazone' (Phlomis tuberosa) is an upright, compact perennial that produces pink-coloured flowers arranged in whorls from June to July. Its heart-shaped leaves are medium green. In a sunny location with well-drained, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 50 cm wide. The Sage 'Amazone' is well tolerant of frost.
