Description
The Moss phlox 'Amazing Grace' (Phlox subulata) is a carpet-like, winter-green perennial that forms red and white flowers arranged in umbels from May to June. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 15 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Moss phlox 'Amazing Grace' is well tolerant of frost.
