Description
The Neuseelandflachs 'Flamingo' (Phormium tenax) is a very popular evergreen container plant. Its orange-red flowers appear from July to September. The orange-rose coloured leaves are linear. The location should be as sunny to semi-shady as possible. Well-drained and nutrient-rich soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Neuseelandflachs 'Flamingo' reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and grows up to 50 cm wide.
