Description
The Norway spruce 'Frohburg' (Picea abies) is a large tree that grows in a conical, hanging, columnar shape and usually reaches a height of approx. 6 metres and a width of approx. 2.5 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. Decorative brown cones adorn Picea abies 'Frohburg' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers sandy, loamy, slightly acidic soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
