Description
The Säulenfichte 'Pyramidata' (Picea abies) is a tree that grows in a columnar shape and usually reaches a height of around 6 m and a width of around 2 m. Its needle-like leaves are dark green in colour. Decorative brown cones adorn Picea abies 'Pyramidata' from September onwards. This tree is highly frost-tolerant. It prefers sandy, loamy, slightly acidic soil in a sunny to semi-shaded position.
