Description
The Serbian spruce (Picea omorika) is a large tree that grows conical and slender and usually reaches a height of around 25 metres and a width of around 5 metres. Its needle-shaped, glossy leaves are dark green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained soil in a sunny position.

Care

- This plant does not tolerate heavy soil. If necessary, the soil structure can be improved when planting by working in sand and mature compost.

Light brown, oval cones. The young cones have a purple-violet colour.
