Description
The Sitka spruce 'Tenas' (Picea sitchensis) is a shrub that grows round and usually reaches a height of around 2.2 metres and a width of around 2.2 metres. Its needle-shaped, shiny leaves are blue-green in colour. Decorative brown-yellow cones adorn Picea sitchensis 'Tenas' from August. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, humus-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
